Serving Lake & Mendocino Counties
Our Xabatin Region team provides community-based programs, care coordination, outreach, wellness services, and other KNWI programs throughout Lake and Mendocino Counties.
River Valley Region
Serving Glenn, Colusa, Butte & Tehama Counties
Our River Valley Region team provides KNWI programs and services across the communities of Glenn, Butte, Tehama, and Colusa Counties.
