Elevate Youth
Empowering Youth Through Education, Culture & Leadership
Our Program
Our youth-centered initiative supports Native youth through mentorship, leadership training, and educational assistance that is rooted in culture and healing. Our program is designed to uplift young people by combining academic guidance, wellness strategies, and cultural knowledge in a safe and empowering environment. Whether they are navigating school, personal challenges, or community issues, our youth receive support every step of the way.

Mentorship & Support
Youth are supported by trained mentors who provide guidance, emotional support, and encouragement in setting and reaching goals.

Cultural Empowerment
KNWI integrates traditional teachings, language, ceremonies, and land-based learning to connect youth with their heritage and identity.

Leadership Development
Youth gain skills in public speaking, community organizing, peer mentoring, and advocacy through workshops and hands-on experience.
Youth Ambassadors
The Youth Ambassador Program is an advanced leadership pathway within our Youth Services program, training Native youth to serve as peer leaders, role models, and community advocates. Ambassadors take on active roles in outreach events, peer education, community forums, and public speaking engagements.
Youth Ambassadors receive training in:
-
Trauma-informed care
-
Cultural humility
-
Public speaking and facilitation
-
Event planning and logistics
-
Health equity and advocacy
Youth Ambassadors represent their peers and help shape the direction of our youth programs through youth-led projects, feedback sessions, and storytelling.

Supporting Students Through Partnerships

Kno’Qoti Native Wellness, Inc. has entered into Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with Lloyd P. Hance Community School in Lake County and Stony Creek Joint Unified School District in Glenn County. These partnerships are built on a shared commitment to student well-being, cultural connection, and educational success.
Through these agreements, we are able to bring our ElevateED and Youth Ambassador Programs directly into school environments, ensuring that students in both counties have consistent access to culturally grounded, trauma-informed support.
Together, we are:
-
Supporting student academic, social-emotional, and cultural growth by weaving cultural knowledge and wellness practices into everyday learning.
-
Providing culturally responsive and trauma-informed programming that recognizes the unique experiences of youth and creates safe, supportive spaces for healing and resilience.
-
Enhancing leadership skills through peer mentorship and engagement, empowering students to take active roles in shaping their school community, and building confidence for their future.
