KNWI provides a range of culturally grounded behavioral health prevention and early intervention services designed to support Native communities. Our programs focus on engagement, cultural connection, early identification of needs, and linkage to care. Every program we offer weaves together Indigenous knowledge, modern tools, and a deep commitment to community care.

Enhanced Care Mangement

Compassionate, personalized support for individuals and families navigating health and social services. ECM connects clients with a care manager who coordinates medical care, cultural services, housing, transportation, and other essential needs.

Training & Technical Assistance

We provide local and regional trainings on cultural humility, trauma-informed care, and systems change, designed for schools, agencies, and health providers.

Family Spirit Home Visiting

Evidence-based home visits for pregnant and parenting Native families with children up to age 3. Lessons blend parenting skills, child development, caregiver wellness, and cultural teachings, delivered by trained Native educators.

Afternoon Light

Justice Involved

Focused on healing and connection, this program offers spiritual support, reentry services, and coordinated care for justice-involved individuals and their families.

Elevate Youth

Youth-centered programming focused on leadership, cultural identity, and resilience. Includes mentorship, workshops, traditional knowledge, and substance use prevention grounded in Native values.
